If you’re looking for a lovely Welsh walk this spring; look no further than Waterfalls Country in Brecon.
After parking up at Gwaen Hepste, we walked a couple of miles to the first waterfall on the route, Sgwd Clun-Gwyn (pictured above). Usually this circular route would take you to four waterfalls, but we missed out on the middle two due to part of the path being closed because of bad weather. Luckily, we made it to Sgwd yr Eira (pictured below) – the grand finale in the Four Falls Trail.
And, if you don’t mind getting wet, you can even walk behind Sgwd yr Eira and hear the roaring sound of the falls.
